About Fiorena
Fiorena is a fast-growing online jewelry brand specializing in stylish and meaningful jewelry. We aim to provide our customers with an elegant and memorable shopping experience, with a strong focus on design, quality, and attention to detail.
To strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can help take Fiorena’s visual identity to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Design engaging, user-friendly visuals for our online store, including banners, product images, and promotional graphics.
- Create visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Help improve the customer experience through thoughtful and innovative design.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure a consistent brand identity across all visual content.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or jewelry.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an excellent eye for aesthetics.
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media and e-commerce websites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A portfolio showcasing your best work is required.

For our physical retail store, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide personalized product and styling advice.
- Help customers find jewelry that best suits their style and preferences.
- Keep the store organized, welcoming, and visually appealing.
- Answer customer questions both in-store and by phone.
- Assist with restocking and processing new deliveries.
- Operate the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably within fashion, jewelry, beauty, or a related industry.
- A passion for jewelry, fashion, style, and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- A proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
What We Offer
- Part-time or full-time employment (16–40 hours per week).
- A gross hourly wage between €12 and €14, depending on experience.
- 8% holiday allowance and an employee discount on our collection.
